I use vagifem , which is a topical estrogen ( girl friend area ...hi guys ) and drink extra water. For a while there iI was getting so many as well as vaginitis that was as bothersome , but did contribute to the bladder proble, If your not well, try to rest, think of happy things you've done and will do again.
