Hello, my name is . My email address is OceanBreeze@.... I live in Milford, Michigan. I have fairly new to consuming raw milk and am interested in finding a regular supply mainly for making kefir. The sale of raw milk is prohibited in Michigan, however there are many cow share programs I have heard about. Unfortunately, I am having trouble finding one close enough to make it a regular addition to our diet. I am hoping I can glean some more information about the health benefits of raw dairy and some recipes for items made with raw milk.
