I am sorry I did not respond to your message sooner. I did

very much enjoy the video that you posted with Benny LeBeau, very

exciting and wonderful, the energies of Mother Earth and the help of

the many caring lightworkers, isnt it so great to be ALIVE and feel

good about what we are accomplishing together? I also bookmarked

your site and look forward tonight to listening to your songs

am half Lakota Sioux. The other is Irish, now what a strong blood

Hello LUNA NIGHT HAWKand - and all you good hearts who meet here for sharing and thus healing... Humbled and happy to be here now, I'm also on daily digest and just read all of your wonderful and encouraging words with gratitude. Hope it's permissable to "digest" a few thoughts for all of you here. and Luna Night Hawk, Thank you for your interest in my music and the thoughts I shared. I am sending heartfelt love to you both and prayers for healing for all our relations who find themselves in sadness and dis-ease of various kinds during this time of great change! Lest we forget, in our prayers and intentions, may we also remember many of the answers we seek are within, precious brothers and sisters. Let go of the pain. To hold on to it

tightly only increases its energy. Tears are necessary and good healthy part of our healing; to acknowledge sadness is honesty, but then, let it go. For life thrives on breathing in.....then breathing out... and each new moment is NEW, where we may find peace, gratitude and harmony yes, and healing, even within the temporary lessons of things that cause us suffering and pain. Contained in every sadness, there is nourishment for healing and future growth. So may the smile of relief comfort and remind us always to embrace hope. Spring always follows the coldest of Winters. We have each and all known sadness, and we also have the power to let it go, change its direction, use it's energy to transform it into a new moment of discovery, even

enjoyment. We each hold this power within ourselves. It is the sunshine after every storm that the clouds cannot completely block out... so relax, and let the sorrow loose, and let the sun shine as it always will if we but let it. Yep -and I'm just remembering our little doughboy friend here...OK I know, I read the sad news a few days ago that he's stale now, but he was one who always rose to the occasion with a giggle and a smile even when being poked in his tummy, and which one of us wouldn't have liked to have a little more dough to spend like that in our lives? Are we gonna choose to crack up or giggle our way through life? It's a choice, and doughboy, well , he was flexible enough in his life walk to be so much more than just a little half baked croisant, ya know?

lol - And a message to reply to Luna Night Hawk, there are so many "part" Indians, we probably make up most of the population of the U.S.! I have several good Lakota friends who also have strong Irish mixed with their Lakota ancestry - one whose great Grandfather held Captain Reno's army at bay during the battle of the Little Big Horn, but his Grandfather's name was not listed on the battle roles because it didn't sound "Indian" enough, yet if you saw my friend today, he looks like a "real" Indian, where I don't. Funny world - yet all the colors of the rainbow are unique and now is the time we hold our "own" colors high- so as we discover We are the ones we have been waiting for, we discover it's not just about "me" but about BE-ing as in "I am" When we stand in our "I am" we are empowered, we come to
