Guest guest
A typical day pre stills work 8 hours and at work besides doing my Job (off set press operator) I was drawing plans for a campaign be it mine or some one other or a city function I was running as chair . After work get the kids play with them rush down dinner and hit the streets campaigning, city council meeting or some other political shin dig and if not that then it was the JC's or a 4x4 club. In the free time the little it was I was spending time with my parents, my kids, Sundays going to church. Helping out family in repairs to there homes and mine. Go on off road trips camping ECT. But still finding time to fish hunt and do some competition shooting to boot! Volunteering for disaster relief aid (1989 Loma perta earth quake we were the first ones on sight with relief even before the Red Cross or government) I would sleep on good night 6 hours and I could sleep then. I loved never having time for TV or a movie because of boredom! And let me tell you I did this for over 13 years. I did slow down the politics when I moved to Idahobut replaced it with church as I was a youth leader for JR and SR high also taught the same in Sunday school was on the council. then did more fishing and hunting with the time left but always made my kids and there needs first be it a ride to friends help with school work or projects. and to add to the list I changed jobs and worked my way to upper management were I was in charge of shipping, fabrication and wear house workers for an insulation manufactory company, I was also in charge of the inside sales force and still did outside sales along with back up for the other sales people plus product research and development. then I added bus driving and slowed my life down when I left the insulation industry but it was to slow so I stared up my own gun smithing business on the side and that’s when stills hit I had slowed down LOL hmmmm maybe I should have kept burning the candle at both ends and the middle! the rednecks Marty & G. [April 18, 1775] : " The general principles upon which the Fathers achieved independence were the general principals of Christianity... I will avow that I believed and now believe that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God. " • " [July 4th] ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. " – in a letter written to Abigail on the day the Declaration was approved by Congress Jefferson God who gave us life gave us liberty. And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the people that these liberties are a gift from God? That they are not to be violated but with His wrath? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, and that His justice cannot sleep forever.
