Guest guest Posted December 5, 2008 Report Share Posted December 5, 2008 my friend, I'm so sorry you're stressed, I wish I could magically remove it from my heart and mind (whatever " it " is). I am glad, however, to hear your writing your stories down, I think that's fantastic of you. Take a deep breath honey. Good. Now blow it out. Good job. OK, with the next deep breath your going to release some of that stress and blow it out with the air. My sister likes to imagine the stress as a crumpled ball of paper and when she blows it out of her body and mind it goes out the window into the trash can just when the garbage truck is coming to pick it up. I know it's elaborat but everyone has their way of doing things. The whole point is to lessen your stress level, whatever form it takes. I hope this helps you somewhat or for that matter anyone else in our family. Stress isn't good for anyone but it's definately not good for dragon slayers! Take care and be well.
