Guest guest
Hi Everyone, hope everyone heals from their falls, start to feel better soon or maybe even go into remission! My husband and I went out last night without the kids for the first time in years! We had dinner and then went and seen the Canadian Crooner, Buble. Geoff bought the tickets before I got sick, back in January, and I was in hospital for my 39th birthday in February and he gave them to me. Little did I know I would STILl be suffering from this disease when we went to the concert. Buble was great, he is such a funny guy! He played at the Entertainment Centre and oh my God, all the stairs-not amusing! My knees have had it so stairs are the worst thing in the world! But it was a great night, just the two of us, even tho the walking and stairs killed me, it was well worth it. I don't get out too much these days and definitely not the two of us on our own. So we had a great chat at dinner and enjoyed the concert. Getting out, even once in a while, can really help I think, even tho there is the effort of getting ready and the pain of walking etc. One has to weigh up the advantages and disadvantages I suppose. Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that I had a great time out with my hubby! Take care all of you and hope that your good days far outnumber your bad days.
