OT stimulus payment from Govt.

Hello all me again,

I just wanted to let everyone know that I went to file my taxes the other day

and asked about the new stimulus from the govt. I received a letter stating that

I qualified even though I didn't pay out any taxes last year. Well the letter

listed everyone that qualified and my situation was on the list. Well after

filing the lady checked into it and said that I didn't actually have to file

because I will be getting nothing back and that I do not qualify for the

stimulus. I was so disappointed. I know many people who make decent money and do

not need it who will be receiving it and there are those of us unable to work

and can really use the money who will be getting nothing. I just don't

understand why the govt would do that. I am half tempted to write a strongly

worded letter to the President or whomever would answer and let them know my

feelings, even though it won't make a bit of difference. I just think the govt

has a screwy way of thinking. Just my opinion. If anybody has any idea

s of something I may have done wrong please let me know.
