I have posted the pictures of the cooling vests. They are made with

Jersey material(it has the little holes in it)with webbing on the

sides so they are stretchable to fit kidos that are a little bigger

around. Right now we are making them in 2 sizes - the smaller ones

are about 20 " around the chest and waist and the larger ones are 23 "

to 24 " around the chest and waist.

The pockets in the back close with Velcro and are insulated towards

the outside to help keep the ice packs cold longer.

They are the same color -- teal -- figured unisex was better. Kids

with braces should be able to use them too.

Hopefully we can get to a point where they can be shared like some of

the undershirts have been.

If you need a different size than what we're doing please let

or me know.

I'm not sure what has in mind, whether she is going to sell

them for the cost involved or as a fundraiser. I am not charging

anything at all for labor -- its a labor of love and is something I

want to do for these very special kids. has a few already (a

little different size) and has shown them at the last 2 trainings

with Dr. Mehta and they seemed to be interested in them. After

and Olivia get settled in she can let us know how she wants

to work this.

Shara, Could you tell me how to view these pictures you posted?

I'm still a little new to the site. Thanks.

Just click on " new photos " at the right hand site of this post or you

can click on " visit your group " , click on " photos " on the left-hand

side, go down to " Cooling Vests. " That should do it. If you have

problems let me know and I will forward copies to you directly.
