Guest guest
I took Embry back to the doctor. The doctor said that it's not that the knots on her nodes are extremely large but that are quite a few of them. So they are going to do blood work. The lab tech wasn't there that day so I have to take her back. When Embry was a newborn I kept taking her to her former doctor and telling him something was wrong because she alwasy tilted her head to the right, which is where the first knot appeared. At Shriners they said that it could have to do with the scoliosis but that there is probably another reason for that, and now I'm just wondering. It makes me so very upset that her first doctor did not listen to me about her neck, back, or eyes. Thanks for letting me vent Jeanna --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Guest guest
If the head tilts to the right, it is probably torticollis which can be associated with scoliosis. Embry would need PT for that. I hope the blood work comes back okay. Keep us posted. Noelle (12-2-01) Ian (8-15-04) waiting I took Embry back to the doctor. Guest guest
Ditto.... Evan had very bad torticollis. His PT commented that it was good he didn't have the knots from it in his muscles on his neck... I " m hoping that's all it is and it will be resolved w/exercises, PT, correction of the scoli and time! and Evan Claflin wrote: If the head tilts to the right, it is probably torticollis which can be associated with scoliosis.
