Thank you Tasha - we certainly need to hear these stories every once

in awhile. I hope that my boy will be that brave and happy to share

his story one day.

mother I had not seen in a while. She ask me about 's scoliosis.

She wasn't aware he is in a brace now. As I begin to tell her about

his brace, hears me talking and comes up and says to her, " you

want to see my brace " ? He lifts his shirt and shows off his brace.

And with a big smile on his face. He even turns around so she can see

the back. (twin brother)says, " it helps his back " . It(his

scoliosis)is as much a part of as it is .

sounded so grown up, but mostly because was SO proud of his

brace. And excited to show it off.

Thank you for this story Tasha and congratulation to your sons:-)

and congratulation to you as well, because thanks to you and to your

attitude, boys think that brace is good and helpful and they dont see it as

a reason to be sorry and sad.

Good luck with the treatment!
