Does anyone know of any doctor's in these states. NC, TN, WA State, CO?

I'm desperately trying to find a doctor that does early treatment in

one of this states. I'm even willing to drive to someone near. I

just need to find someone that will continue his treatment since my

husband is military and he can't be treated here in Japan. We'll like

to continue his casting process since he's only in his first one. By

the way he's 16 months old and has an 80 degree curvature.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
