How did you go about it?

I need help - we need to move fast and get someone local. I've

emailed one doctor last week and still haven't gotten any kind of

reply.

What works? What doesn't?

We know from our current doc that the surgeon here we had been working

with wouldn't be open to it.

How do the ETPs work? Is there any cost associated with them?

I need help - quickly!
