Guest guest
I posted a response to your email and again I thank you. I would love to learn some meditation techniques on how to release the anger and bring on the forgiveness. I did read your blog on myspace; it was great. Thank you. I am going to read the others you have posted as well. Blessings! ~A~ Domestic Violence is a Crime! Be silent NO more! What I have never understood is that so many use their children as pawns in a power struggle or as weapons to wound their former spouse. They refuse to see that the ones most hurt by this are their children. Our first duty as parents is to our children. Ego should never interfer with this. You are right. You need to forgive yourself so you can move past this and grow. Have you seen the blog on the Humanity Healing MySpace site? Please feel free to contact me if you need to discuss this further or would like some help with meditation techniques.Metta,Chris>> > Hi, I'm going through some big challenges right now.
