What benefits are you noticing from it? How can you identify " increased bile " in bowel movement? Would really like to increase my bile production (as I don't have a gallbladder), but am not sure how to go about that. I know the liver cleanse did help with digestion. Are the tinctures you doing only a temporary thing? What I mean is: it's not something you live off of on a daily base, is it?
