I will have to make one of my neighbors aware that I now know someone who have tried the cidar vinegar weight loss supplement. She wanted to do it a year ago, but chickened out! The other ingredients are simply kelp, cider vinegar , and B-6. None of those in excess can hurt and I don't think they are even in the herb category. You are very wise to be cautious.
