Hi Ellen, I am glad that what you are using are essentially vitamins that are

water soluable. I will have to make one of my neighbors aware that I now know

someone who have tried the cidar vinegar weight loss supplement. She wanted to

do it a year ago, but chickened out! Best to you, in Southeastern PA

cautious. Omega 3 was also recommended to us but too much can cause manic
