PSI at various LPM settings?

Oxygen regulators for use with ozone generators have LPM settings.

(LPM = litres per minute).

I'm thinking of making a colloidal silver nebulizer attachment

for use with my O2 tank+regulator, as per:

It is recommended that something around 20-25 PSI be used

to get a proper mist coming out of the nebulizer.

Does anyone here know what PSI corresponds to the various regulated

settings (3 LPM = ??? PSI, 2 LPM = ?? PSI, and so on)?
