Guest guest
Wow! First time I've done this in a few weeks (due to illness and lack of padding in old shoes) but I did it today and it felt GREAT! Still challenging (I am no cardioaholic) but I got through all the reps of everything at Tony and the Kids pace and using all the arms, etc. I think the cardio workouts I subbed in for this kept me in good shape for it and I'm glad for that. Did all 200 ab ripper exercises too (and was definitely done when I finished that)! Off to take a shower, go to work and then prepare for a Brownie meeting for tomorrow. I'm leading a badge workshop on nutrition, health and exercise for our 1st grade girls! :-)
