Guest guest
I'm sure others can explain this better than I can, but it's possible you are eating too few calories. Your body could be in starvation mode and holding on to the extra weight. At what rate are you losing weight now? You may need to add some calories.I know it sounds weird, hopefully someone else will reply and make more sense.HTH. _____ From: bodyforlifewomensclub2 [mailto:bodyforlifewomensclub2 ] On Behalf Of innner_beauty036 Sent: Saturday, December 09, 2006 1:38 PM To: bodyforlifewomensclub2 Subject: 200 lbs + 1500 calories = Little Fat Loss?? What's the problem? At 1500 calories shouldn't I be losing at least 2 lbs a week by now?
Guest guest
Hey there! In order to help you evaluate your calories better (even though BFL does not require that you count them...its purely for people who need more measureable quantities) you can try using my weight loss calculator, which I posted in the files section. Also, consider your activity level, how many calories you'd burn while just doing no exercise, and also remember that most of us overestimate the number of calories burned and underestimate the number of calories eaten. I hope this helps a bit! Yours in BFL, > > I'm sure others can explain this better than I can, but it's possible you > are eating too few calories. Guest guest
Maybe that's not enough calories and your body is resisting. _____ > > > > From: bodyforlifewomensclub2 > > [mailto:bodyforlifewomensclub2 ] On Behalf Of > > innner_beauty036 > > Sent: Saturday, December 09, 2006 1:38 PM > > To: bodyforlifewomensclub2 > > Subject: 200 lbs + 1500 calories = > Little Fat > > Loss?? > > > > > > > > What's the problem?
