I'm sure others can explain this better than I can, but it's possible you

are eating too few calories. Your body could be in starvation mode and

holding on to the extra weight. At what rate are you losing weight now?

You may need to add some calories.I know it sounds weird, hopefully someone

else will reply and make more sense.HTH.

Hey there!

In order to help you evaluate your calories better (even though BFL

does not require that you count them...its purely for people who need

more measureable quantities) you can try using my weight loss

calculator, which I posted in the files section.

Also, consider your activity level, how many calories you'd burn while

just doing no exercise, and also remember that most of us overestimate

the number of calories burned and underestimate the number of calories

eaten.
