Guest guest Posted March 19, 2008 Report Share Posted March 19, 2008 After two days off, I got a good workout in today. I did the first one when my youngest two were sleeping. I did Pyramid Upper Body. The chest and the biceps kills me on this one. I match Cathe for them, and then on the back, triceps, and shoulders I got one notch heavier. Then this evening while my baby was sleeping and the other two were playing, I did low impact step off of the Cathe's 4ds. I kinda fumbled around a lot, and dont feel like I got much in for cardio. Not sure if I like it or not. Maybe when I become more effecient at the combos, I will. I did like the shoulder section though.. and I thought the abs were okay as well. Nothing fantastic about them. I didn't feel it much in the abs w/ the bicycles though. My legs got tired, and it didn't seem to do anything for my abs..LOL.
