Hi Everyone,

FINALLY a chance to check in - one of those days!

Anyway, quickly - as I want to head out of here (work)

and go home. Today I did T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch

to warm up and then I did FitPrime Upper Body Burn

with Keli . A decent upper body workout,

although I think, after p90x, I have " outgrown " this

one. *SNIFF* I will still use it for

recovery/lighter days. There were alot of lat rows,

and since they don't cue left/right but

dominant/non-dominant side I'm always confused b/c I'm

a lefty and my dominant and non-dominant sides are

opposite from everyone else's! I do think in the end

I wound up even on both sides.

Anyway, have a great evening. Tomorrow I have Lower

Body Burn on tap. I expect, it, too will be on the

light side. But this week for me is all about

re-visiting these workouts. Come April I'm buckling

down with the unofficial STS rotation that someone

posted about on VF. I'm going to do my own thing to

some extent though. The first cycle is endurance - so

I'll pick endurance based weight training to fill

three weight training slots per workout week. My rule

is I have to do two of the same ones each week - so,

for example if I do Cathe's Power Hour, Muscle

Endurance and Gin 's Simply Endurnace in week 1,

I have to pick two of those to do for Week 2 and then

may pick another endurance style workout to fill my

week 2 requirement. I think this will give me enough

variety so I don't feel bored, but will still enable

me to track my progress - I think when I bounce around

too much I tend to not challenge myself as effectively

- not sure what weight to use, etc. Along with doing

my three weight workouts (One of which may be a

circuit or functional fitness routine). I will do a

minimum of two cardio workouts - I'd like to make sure

that oe of these is an interval workout. The next two

days will be one for complete rest (or very light

activity) and one wildcard day - could be more cardio,

a fusion workout, etc.

Anyway, those are my plans for April, but I plan to

finish out the rest of March re-visiting the FitPrimes

and Kickbutts. I think Kickbutt next week will be a

bit more challenging.

Take care!

Donna
