Guest guest Posted March 19, 2008 Report Share Posted March 19, 2008 Hi, This morning was more of an endurance workout. This is probably the first workout from this rotation that really got me good. I have some soreness on the inside of my legs in just one tiny little spot. Its from the standing quad work the other day, I'm sure. Its weird though how its just in one little spot. It didn't effect the workout this morning, but wow, did I work. I think too I'm not so strong with endurance type workouts so I think I feel them more. Nonetheless, I still think this workout was tough! Muscle Endurance Dead lifts- (3 sets) 40 lbOne Arm Rows- 3 sets- 25 lb (1 set) 20 lb (2 sets)Triceps Dips (2 sets) Over head press 2 sets - 10 lb platerear fly (3 sets) - 8 lbGlute Raises- 2 sets- no weight High Step Challenge Calve raises- ( 3 sets) Butts & Guts Hamstring roll ins- ( 2 sets) (ball) After the deadlifts my low back continued to feel achy so it made all the one arm rows really tough. I stopped and stretched out, but it didn't help too much. Once I got to the calve raises my calves just felt so tight, not sure why there. I thought this was one cookin' workout. All we got is rain.
