If it's just DOMS, that should loosen you up enough to do your workout. If it still feels like an actual injury, you'll probably need to not work that muscle for a while. Guest guest Posted August 22, 2006 Report Share Posted August 22, 2006 I went for a walk at lunch but still feel pain in the shoulder/arm/neck area. This is the arm that I use to walk my 2 dogs who together weigh 150lbs. I think it will feel better tomorrow.
