I'm continuing to amaze myself with how much easier these workouts are this time around with this rotation (even with lack of sleep). I should've gone heavier on the chest and shoulders, but the rest of it I got pretty good and toasty. This was another fun one, but still didn't blow me away like I anticipated. Here's how it went: CTX - chest press- 3 sets (30 lb)CTX- Shoulder work (giant sets) 3 sets - 7 lb CTX- biceps (crazy 8's) 3 sets- 25 lb (2 sets) 20 lb (1 set)Super Sets- Tib pulls (ball) 3 setsLegs & Glutes- Standing Quad work- 2 sets- 2 lb ankle weights Gym Style (Back, Biceps, shoulders)- wrist curls 3 sets - 10 lbKick, Punch, & Crunch- abs I'm off for Abby's 15 minute power doggie walk! I'm up around 6:30 anyway so I just got up about 45 minutes early.
