The fats in salmon are considered 'good fats' so they would be a

good/better choice than other fats.

Its good to have a variety, but try to keep making them better

Thank you Joni for the information, interesting articles. The BFL

book arrived today (Yay!) and I've been madly re-reading, it's

clearing up a lot of the questions I have at the moment, but again
