Thursday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Imax (original) and did the warm up, mini step combo and intervals 6-10. I have to admit, this wasn't fun this morning at all. I got up feeling soreness in my low back, calves, delts, lats.... pretty much all the muscles I worked yesterday.

I started the workout and I knew once I got through the mini step section that it was going to be a long 5 intervals. I couldn't get my heart rate to drop too much during the recoveries and my legs felt like they were 200 lbs a piece. I just wanted to fall down on the floor, to be honest. Not sure if it was from the soreness that just made me feel really weak or the constant waking up in the night is catching up with me. I burned 357 calories but was only in my zone 17 minutes.

Right after that I walked Abby for her little 15 minute power walk and it was all I could do to move my legs. I was having to really work to keep up with her and she wasn't going all that fast. Oh well, tomorrow's a new day.

Right now I just want to sit......
