Hi Everyone,

Finished out " FitPrime " week today with Lower Body

Burn. This one is lead by Gill, I don't know

if she is in any other workouts - but I definately

liked her presence in this one. As expected, this one

was on the lighter side, but I will say that these

workouts are " sneaky " - I don't get DOMS from them but

I do get a pleasant sense of muscle fatigue from them.

I liked that this one included some good core work at

the beginning and some good stretches at the end. I

think this one, and all of the others can be made more

intense with heavier weights and different props -

using the BOSU in place of the tall box definately

adds an element of challenge to them.

I warmed up with T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch as per

usual.

Tomorrow i pland to do Kickbutt's Fast Cheetah. This

one is easier than the one that Tracie Long did - but

I haven't done the kickbutt version in a long time.

Saturday I'll do Strong Bear. Sunday will be a rest

day - Monday will either be another rest day (I'll

have guests overnight from Sunday into Monday) or I'll

do Floor Burn. Then I'll finish out next week with

the rest of the Kickbutt workouts.

I think the FitPrimes may come out again when I do a

recovery week.

Take care!

Donna

Hi Darcy,

You'll probably find them easy - but, they would be

good for a recovery type workout! BTW, congrats on

meeting your goal!! I meant to reply sooner, but

again, time got away from me!

Take care,

Donna
