Hi Gretchen,

Thanks for the information. I do live in a small rural community. The entire

county (third largest in Ky.) has a population of 65,000. This is one reason I

travel 100 miles one way to see my doctor. Also, I requested accomodations back

in December at work (been on medical leave since Feb.8) after several months I

received a letter denying my

request. Should I take that with me? Keep in mind I work for the state of Ky.

I appreciate all the advice. This process is really confusing. In today's mail I

received a letter from my Congressman stating he had contacted Social Security

and would notify me when he had information.
