Guest guest Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 Hi, This morning I did Power Max. This is an older Cathe workout, but a good one with fun combos. It's pretty repetitious, but that goes with just about all of Cathe's older stuff. The only thing that really bugs me is how the warm up and cool down is soooooo long, it just seems to drag. I managed to burn 549 calories so I sure can't complain about that. I needed a longer cardio routine, hadn't done one in a while. It's finally a nice day here today.
