Guest guest Posted March 29, 2008 Report Share Posted March 29, 2008 okay here it goessunday-i did dance off the inches tummy tone. this was an instant view on netflix and i wanted something light for the day. it was a lighter cardio workout for me but it was kind of fun and she did incoporate lots of core movements to work the abs while dancing. maria floreo led but stella sandavol and michelle dozios were backgrounders in the workout.the ab routine was so so nothing new exciting. for pm workout i wanted to work off the extra cresent rolls i had at easter dinner so i did kathy smith project ou's foundation cardio and followed with some stretching on my ownmonday-did kathy smith winning workout cardio only. love these old workouts for simple and goofy choreography but still effective to get your heart rate up. i did a cool down and a stretch on my own after this. for evening i did yoga stretching on my owntuesday-i started with the orginial 10 min. solution video doing the boot camp segment and followed with all three 28 min. segments from kathy smith winning workout weight. this is a great workout to get on dvd(its with two others on fat burning classics) b/c you can do all 3 phases or just one or two. it was meant for you do each phase for 4 weeks then move on but to much rewinding the vhs for me so i did all three. after each phase is the stretch so i did those as well. pretty much the same segments except for maybe a few different exercises thrown in. i once again did stretching on my own in the eveningwed-just took a complete rest daythurs-was just to tired in the morning so i rested except a trip to the park. in the pm i did better belly yoga warm up and series 3friday-rockin' body cardio jam followed by 10 min. sol. pilates for abs and the stretch. for evening i did the method's cardio bootcamp segment 1 followed with yoga body burn's abs and stretch segmentstoday-i did your best body circuit from netflix. loved this workout and can't wait to get my own copy to try again and give a good review. but i have to remember to heavy up the weights again. for easter dh just HAD to get me the perfect push ups. i been doing some on my own here and there and also modifiying video workouts using them were push ups are done. they are pretty handy. starting the 1st i am doing a cardio heavy rotation. i traded alot off to get the strendurance workouts which is a 12 weeks program with short 30 min. weight/cardio workouts. after then i will see what happens but my goal is to start doing more weights on my own using dvds for cardio/yoga/pilates(well with the expection of a few instructors LOL)kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Like movies?
