oh dammit! that is a real bummer darcy. if you lay on your

back, can you pull your knees into your chest? if so, then you

could be doing some stretching of your back (the knees into chest

is one which might help)... but take it easy because

over-stretching will make it worse. it is a fine line and i know

that it is a real drag :( hang in there,

Thank you Carolyn, it is a bummer! I was enjoying my rotation, and my husband is home now so he would be able to watch the kids while I worked out...grr.... I will try your stretch, that does sound like it will " hit the spot " .

I am happy to report that it is much better already! I'm still in no shape for a workout, but I'm happy it's getting better and not worse! YA-HOO!I have ate horrible again today..ugh.. I think my body is trying to get back on track w/ my period. I even 'sprung' a pimple. Either way, it's more than annoying, and I hate feeling like I'm not in control! VERY aggravating, and then not working out on top of it.. UGH...I hate this!
