I HIGHLY recommend this stuff!!! It tastes awesome, and it has 5 grams of protein in it and 5 grams of fiber. I have only tried the iced tea one, and it's perfect in flavor. I am in love. There are 30 calories per serving. The one bad thing is that it's kinda pricey. I think it was around $4.00 for 7 packets? It also comes in strawberry kiwi and pink lemonade.
