Tocopherol T-50

Hello everyone,

I've been reading up on vitamin e and still a tad bit

confused. I know the T-50 is used in oils etc. to

prevent rancidity.. but is this the same vitamin e

that we would take as a vitamin> I remember a long

time ago, when I was making lotion bars, I was told I

could not use regular vitamine e capsules, but the

T-50. I just need to understand the difference.
