Guest guest Posted March 24, 2008 Report Share Posted March 24, 2008 Hi, This evening I did a yoga routine I got from the library called Yoga Total Body Makeover with Alanna Zabel. It has five 10-minute workouts. I chose the warm up (which is basically sun salutations) lower body and bonus burn. When previewing this workout it looked like a lot of fun, but once I actually did the routine it wasn't as fun and some of the poses were a little weird for me. Overall, it wasn't too bad. I'll do upper body, core, and the flexibility routines later this week. Have a nice evening. Create a Home Theater Like the Pros. Watch the video on AOL Home. Core Power- Abs, Back & Bliss is just short of 25 minutes and focuses on poses requiring abdominal strength, sandwiching them between a brief sun salutation/back bend sequence and a forward bend/relaxation finish.
