What about the abs didn't you like?

I just didn't feel anything in my core. A lot of it was standing and I felt my heart rate get up, I felt it in my legs, my back, not never my abs. I've noticed that I haven't liked any of her ab work.

Awwwww shucks , you're too kind!

I didn't get to skate long enough on my own to get DOMS since I was holding up DD for most of the time but I was trying to do a variety of moves (skating backwards, weaving my legs in and out, etc.) and on some of them I could REALLY feel my inner thighs, I can really see that doing a lot of good. I'm hoping to go check out a local skateboard/skate shop to see if they can help fit my weird feet (very small but wide). I want to make sure the skates fit really well. I was starting to get a variety of blisters after 2 1/2 hours Saturday in ill-fitting skates.

Oh! Rollerblading is HARD work! I always feel DOMS after skating. And good for you for jumping right back into P90 after the RA flareup episode. You're truly a model for us all!
