Hi Everyone,

Today just felt like a yoga day - my body was stiff

from all the other workouts this week and I slept a

bit later than usual this morning. I went with Rodney

Yee's Yoga Burn (not the one w/ the handweights...)

This one is a nice slow paced workout that includes

most of the 'standard' postures just done at a slower

pace to all for more awareness, alignment and

stretching. It must have done some good b/c initially

in downward dog I couldn't get my heels to the floor,

but after I finished I was able to do so. I

definately need more flexiblity sessions in my

routine, especially when I'm doing so many weight and

cardio workouts in a week!

For tomorrow I'll do a circuit workout to get a blend

of cardio and strength in. Right now, I'm leaning

towards Cathe's Bootcamp workout - I figure that is

good for an endurance training week!

Take care everyone!

Donna

Oh, I love Yoga Burn! Up there in yoga faves, actually! The warm

ambiance of it, Rodney's voice, and the fact that you hold poses for

awhile before flowing to the next pose makes it so. I remember being a

little sore after it, too.
