Hi,

This morning I did Maximum Intensity Strength Legs + 4DS calves and ended with MIS abs.

Squats BB -35lb (2 sets) Static Lunges BB- 35lb (2 sets) Plie Squats BB- 35lb (1 set) not sure why she only does 1 set here.Dead Lifts BB -40lb ( 1 set) not sure why here either Dips DB -12lb Dips from Step DB- 12lb

If I would've wanted some major shaky legs I could've gone heavier, but wasn't interested in that this morning lol

After that I did 4 Day Split Calves and ended with MIS abs and stretch.

This was a nice 45 minute leg and ab workout.
