If you're short on time, pick/ mix and match whatever 6 minute segments you can, and go! The sections are a warmup, 2 lower body blasts, 4 upper body blasts with the stability ball, an ab blast and a stretch. All looked fun and challenging, minimal setup and equipment - all you need is a stability ball and a few sets of dumbells. There are a few versions / modifications for each exercise qnd I like that the chubby girl in this one does not show the easier/ beginner version, someone else does. The setting is very tasteful, music kind of blah. You move from one thing to another quickly, low boredom factor, and Tracey's accent is cute I look forward to doing this one! I can tell by watching it that it will be tough - yay! Great for peeps that are short on time - Kathy and , I could see you both liking this one.
