Hello,here is my last week. I ate too many sweets but anyhow I lost 1lb! I am very happyabout that tiny weight loss because It was going up and down but never under 124lbs,

but now its 123lbs *yea* :).

I totally understand happiness over tiny weight loss! Hooray for you!! I don't know anything about these workouts (I seem to be tae bo impaired but I might try it again sometime soon) but I'm sure they were tough! I hope you have another happy week!
