I am very happyabout that tiny weight loss because It was going up and down but never under 124lbs, but now its 123lbs *yea* . I don't know anything about these workouts (I seem to be tae bo impaired but I might try it again sometime soon) but I'm sure they were tough! I hope you have another happy week!
