Every morning I throw a handful of frozen strawberries, a handful of frozen bananas, 1/2 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, 1 scoop of protein powder and some cold water into the blender and mix it up. I actually really look forward to my morning smoothies whereas I used to choke down the myoplex lite or other pre- mixed drinks. It mixed as well as promised, and it tasted kind of like that Crystal Light Orange Sunrise drink, and believe it or not I've been craving another glass of it all day.
