Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Week 2 of my endurance phase, I did some of the same workouts as last week - it does help to improve performance on weight workouts as I know what weight to use and I know what is coming up next. Here's how it went: Sunday - Power Hour - Stretch from 10 Min Solution Pilates (band workout) Monday - Kathy Fat Burning Breakthru Step Sections only on the BOSU, KS Timesaver Cardio, Abs from Breakthru and Stretch from both Tuesday - Muscle Endurance - Stretch from Perfect in 10 Pilates Wed - Amy Bento " in the ring " Good NRG pre-mix, Yoga for Athletes Hip sequence from " runners " section Thurs - Gin 's Simply Endurance Friday - Firm Cardio Inferon and Ravi/Ana Yoga Beauty Body Sat - Rest This week I'll stick with some of the same workouts - I'm leaning towards doing Gin's workout and one of the Cathe workouts (either PH or ME, not sure which) and probably a circuit thrown in for good measure. Food wasn't too bad, I did get lots of fruits and veggies in - but I also lost my battle at times with the work candy jar. Anyway, off to get ready for my DD's art class! Take care, Donna __________________________________________________

Guest guest
You don't need kids to have clutter. I'm the ultimate packrat but I do throw some things away when I sort through it. I will have to straight up and move things around in my bedroom, the computer room and the front room because the townhouse where I live will be replacing those windows. It's a lot of work and my mom can't help me with it. She is 80 yrs old (will be 81 July 3rd) and has arthritis and osteoporosis in her back and neck. She had an MRI and an EMG and was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel in her wrists. I think I'm in the beginning stages of carpal tunnel because of previous typing jobs and sign language interpreting. I'm going to go to a Dr. soon and find out. Anyway, it will be a lot of work cleaning/straightening and moving things away from in front of the windows. Jen Darcy Ledman wrote: Great job on the workout week !I hear you on the cleaning. My husband gets mad at me as our house is over 3,000 square feet, and there isn't room for anything! I have every closet stuffed..ugh.. Wait until you have kids, it's terrible. The stuff just keeps accumulating something horrible.Darcy On Mon, Apr 21, 2008 at 1:01 AM, Pink Pussycat <pinkpussycatpinkpussycatscorner> wrote: Hello Everyone. Here's my week in review.
