accountability: stretch & pushups

For my own accountability sake I wanted to post that I just did 13 pushups (toes). Almost got 14 (my record so far) but collapsed on the way up. I also did 10 minutes of stretching using Tamilee Webb's Total Stretch for Beginners. I did the standing routine from Total Body Stretch for Beginners. Ahhhh. If you hear the sound of hands clapping, that's me. I made myself do these and the pushups in my jeans and lacy white blouse and crosstrainers. I didn't make the excuse that I'd have to change into exercise clothes (which I didn't want to do for just 10+ minutes of exercise) I just dropped to the floor for my pushups and then pushed play on the dvd player for the stretch and the amazing thing is that it worked out just fine!! (My thanks to for her role modeling just getting a few minutes in here, there and everywhere!)
