Guest guest
It's like, WOW, I'm actually sticking to a sort of rotation! My baby chicky is depending on me! That is great !! A workout partner would be awesome to have. Like I've said before, that's foreign for me around here. My DD was supposed to come and do weights last night, but when she came she never mentioned it and I didn't either. I figure if she wants to workout she'll say so. ~*~~*~It's Tax Time! Guest guest
Excellent, ! Sometimes I wish I had a buddy, other times I'm happy to have my alone time while I workout. Your mentioning Project You has me itching to do it again - but, alas, I traded the cardio workouts. Maybe I'll see if I can trade something and get them back, I really need to go through my collection and do some weeding out. I still have the strength and circuit workouts and I'm thinking that these might fit nicely into my next " cycle " of this STS-style rotation (the next cycle is heavier weights, more strength building, less endurance work - what I'm doing now for this cycle is endurance - lighter weights/more reps) as I recall I think the Project You workouts would fit the bill - what do you think? I was also thinking that the Secrets workouts that Kathy put out years ago would work here as well. I also ahve some Cathes that I'm sure fit the requirement, but I'm also trying to have a variety of instructors and styles so I don't burn out on one instructor or style. Take care! Guest guest
Hillary is lucky to have you - great job on the workouts too (of course)!Darcy Today I did the Bridge Walk at lunch, then this evening Hillary came over for her 2nd round of Project You: Power Push (level 2 of 3 in the cardio series) and Upper Body & Abs (stability ball workout). I was so proud of her! She did MUCH better this second time around, in both form and stamina. I felt the workout more this time because I had a better idea of what weights to use. I feel great! We ended with Slim & Limber to stretch. Hillary is definitely ready for Long Lean, level 3 of 3 cardio, next time. This Thursday, however, we are doing the ever evil Firm It Up from Debbie Siebers' Slim Series. She and I both want to work on our derrieres, and this one is the creme de la creme of lower body workouts. No lunges, no weights, but man on man is it effective! It's like, WOW, I'm actually sticking to a sort of rotation! My baby chicky is depending on me! Hope you are all having a super night!
