Guest guest Posted March 28, 2008 Report Share Posted March 28, 2008 hiya! on thursday i managed to get out for a walk with chinook... it wasnt a bad day, not sunny, but there was no wind...yay! so i ended up doing 72 mins, then stretched out afterward for 9 mins. my heart rate did not get very high at all, yet i was shocked when i looked at my HRM at the end.... 450 calories!! wow, how did that happen? i was supposed to do taebo today (friday) but i ended up laying on the couch for most of the day.... blah... :*carolyn.
