Hi,

I either plan a specific rotation (where I include

specific videos/DVDs into the plan) or I plan a

" generic " rotation - ex. monday -cardio,

tuesday-weights, wed- yoga and then I at least have

narrowed my choices to a particular category. I also

often have a general idea of what my plans are the

night before - although that is sometimes subject to

change (as you'll see from my post for wed, today!)
