Hi,

For my rotation I was supposed to do Brand New Butt with Janis S. but my hips, sides, and back are all sore. I believe the soreness is a combination of the yoga zone the other day and me wearing the weighted gloves yesterday.

I decided to do the workout I'm supposed to do tomorrow and do it today. So I did Circuit Max. I'm glad I did this workout because I got it over with. I was dreading it because I knew it would be hard and it definitely was. I don't know if its just my poor endurance level or if the workout is just really tough. I was really pushing to make it through to the end. I burned 518 calories.

Here's the breakdown.

Cardio 1: Hi/Lo Squats DB Squats w/ overhead press DB 5 lb

Cardio 2: Hi/Lo Alternate lunges w/ side lateral raise DB- 5 lb Squats w/ single front raise DB - 5 lb3 count squats w/ double front raise DB- 5 lb

Cardio 3: Kickbox Rear lunge w/ bicep curls DB - 5 lb

Cardio 4: Step Kickbox

Plie Squats w/ single tricep extension DB- 5 lb

Cardio 5: Step Static lunge w/ double tricep extension DB - 10 lb

Cardio 6: Step Leg extension w/ hammer curls - 5 lbOne-arm lat rows 20 lbOne-arm lat rows 20 lbPushups 4x4 count Toes Pushups single count Toes Planks (bent arm) Toes Planks (straight arm) w/ leg lifts Toes

Like I said, this was really tough. I don't see this workout posted much by anyone, it doesn't seem like many do it, I wonder why? Its a great workout, but there's a lot of high impact with the cardio sections and they seem to last FOREVER. Though it was hard, I'm so happy I did it and I won't pull it out again for a long time lol maybe that's my problem ... hmm

Got beautiful weather today.

Have a great day.

Hi ,

Hmm...you got me thinking about doing this one this

week since I sort of " messed up " on my plan of

sticking to a certain set of workouts for this cycle

anyway(I forgive myself though, b/c it is a whacky

week with DH's schedule being all messed up!)

I haven't done it in YEARS! I see why it is hard,

there are alot of compound moves based on your

description below!

I just may do this one tomorrow and then maybe do some

light cardio and yoga on Friday. It seems that when I

am time crunched flexiblity training is the first to

go and that really isn't good for me......I can always

jump back on my plan for next week, I also figure that

mixing things up halfway through a cycle is good for

muscle confusion (at least that is the story I'm

sticking to!)

Take care,

Donna
