Sore as in injury-sore, or DOMS-sore? I hope DOMS!!!!Darcy

Hi,

Well, as the day has progressed my entire back has gotten more sore.

I wanted to do all stretching, but don't have any all stretch workouts. I went with Yoga Shakti and did the matrix (classical sun salutations, forward bends, and supine poses) The sun salutations was just 8 minutes and long enough to get the muscles warm. The rest of the routine was all stretching. It felt great, especially to my poor back.

Now, I'll have to see how I feel in the morning on what workout to do. Hopefully next week I won't be sore and won't have to change around my rotation.

Have a nice evening everyone.

Hi,

This evening I didn't have a lot of time for yoga. In fact, I almost skipped it, but today would be my last day this week that I could get it in so I did a quick one.

I went with Yoga For Your Mood (no time upper) this is a quick 25 minute routine that focuses on the upper body. I love how I can turn the music off on this DVD, don't care for it much. Plus, it's nice just hearing her voice and nothing else.

Have had an absolutely beautiful day. Well, except for the fact that I drove past the gas station and its now $3.65 grrrrrrrrrr.

Have a nice evening.
