I was thinking how my knees would probably really bother me if I used more than the one set. It's pretty repetitious, but that goes with just about all of Cathe's older stuff. The only thing that really bugs me is how the warm up and cool down is soooooo long, it just seems to drag. I managed to burn 549 calories so I sure can't complain about that. I needed a longer cardio routine, hadn't done one in a while. It's finally a nice day here today. But, I did go to the gym for at least an hour and hit the weights. I have tons of energy (I'm such a night owl) so I see a cardio workout in tonight's future.
