Guest guest
this morning i did yoga wisdom for back pain and tight hips. i tried to go with the tight shoulders and neck pain but neither dvd player would play that disc. i did the 30 min. practice, i was just so slow at getting moving this morning but so glad i picked a short yet effective vinyasa flow workout. its not really power yoga b/c she doesn't move super paced but its still gets the heart going. she does about 7 min of sun salutations and does some hip postures to stretch and relax. there were also exercises to stretched the groin and inner leg and this was very tight on me. this may be why i am still getting some back tightness even though i have been faithful with my pm workouts for stretching. the inner thigh pulls on the hamstring/quads which pulls on the hips which affect my back. i feel so awesome right now. she also does some abs but not really an ab workouts more like an ab focus or awareness postures and lots of rolling up and down. this may have helped my back. CIA doesn't make the best yoga vids production wise. the music didn't seem to fit and was loud and she was a bit loud and squeaky. not peppy just squeaky. i usually keep the volume just low enough so i can still hear cues and form pointers but just can't take her graiting squeak. a great routine but not so great production for a yoga vid. there are others they have and netflix has them but so many videos so little time there LOL. i WILL try to get mark blanchard in later. its just so hard to schedule 90 min. to do a workout but i really want to try his work. advancedworkouts.com and VFers alike all rave its a great workout and i am looking to really divide my week with at least 2 days power yoga,2 days cardio, and my 2 days of strendurance. i need some interesting fresh new material to see what's going to work. i have plenty of yoga but netflix just offers SO much in this department i want to try everything LOL plus dh is getting annoyed i keep holding onto workouts for so long. keeps him from getting movies. happy hump day,we are halfway therekassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo!
