Guest guest Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 Hi, This morning I had down to do 7 Day Solution Cardio ( & ) but I felt like I wanted a little more so I created a mish mosh of and . I combined the floor cardio from 7 DS with Breakthru Cardio Step. This was a lot of fun, but ended up being a little longer then I thought. Here's how it went. 7 DS- warm up BCS- section 1 () 7DS- section 1 () section 2 () BCS- section 2 () 7DS- section 3 () section 4 () BCS- cool down This workout was fun because it alternated step and floor cardio which I don't get a lot of. The workout was 1 hour 5 minutes so longer then what I wanted, but still fun. I burned 526 calories. My energy level was pretty good this morning. This workout was a nice change from Cathe.
