Guest guest Posted April 11, 2008 Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 Hi Gang!Hillary came over to do videos with me, and I got so much cleaning done in just one hour to make the living room/gym tidy that it was really inspiring to continue! Maybe tomorrow I can tackle the kitchen table, which has heaps of stuff on it..She said she was at a zero fitness level so I decided to go with Kathy 's Project You: Power Push (level 2 of 3) for cardio, and Upper Body with Abs. We stretched with Slim & LImber Power Push is fun! It's all floor work, your basic step touches, repeater knees, some kickboxing, some jumps, some jogs in place with high knees, football runs, etc. It's around 40 minutes long. Next we did Upper Body with Abs, which is a dynamite upper body workout utilizing the stability ball. I went heavy on most exercises and will feel this one tomorrow. This was around 45 minutes long.We stretched with Debbie Sieber's Slim & Limber, which is 15 minutes long and is pretty thorough. My friend had a good time and wants to come over to work out with me twice a week! I'm excited! I plan on doing the same workouts with her next Tuesday because she had some trouble wtih these and I'm thinking the repetition could be good for her.
